Please get this dog into a rescue!

I know it is the weekend, but this puppy is only 8 months old and is on the euthanasia list for the end of the day. BARCS is totally out of space and this poor dog has old bite wounds all over his face making him unadoptable by Baltimore city law..his only option is your rescue!!!!
Here is Charleston's story:
One day someone may have cared about this dog, but that day was long long ago. Charleston was found by animal control officers in Baltimore city. He was tied to a fence in a vacant yard. He was malnourished, neglected and pretty beat-up. The animal control officer thinks that this dog may have been used to train (use as bait at one point), but we can't say for sure.
Charleston is an outgoing, eclectic 8 month old puppy that just wants human affection. He will be euthanized if I can't find a rescue by the end of the day. He was supposed to be euthanized the other day, but the staff is so in love with him, and just can't come to terms with the fact that he isn't able to go-up for adoption. He is young and loving!
Be his hero. Please??????
