Lakeport, CA: 22-year old Beagle needs help

Crossposting. Please crosspost.

SENIOR ALERT - 22 year old Beagle needs help in California

Please, if anyone can ...help this OLD OLD MAN..., please call Sara.
Sara's phone is 707-263-0278. Lakeport, CA, is in northern calif. an hour north of Santa Rosa I'm told. This is so so sad.

Hi everyone;
I am sending out a rescue plea for this poor old guy who is sitting at Lake County Animal Control. . He is super sweet, the owners said he was 22, but we don't know for sure. If he is, he looks amazing for his age. He deserves to not have his life end in a shelter, and we would love to see him make it out... If anyone can take him, please call Sara or respond back by E-mail.... Thank you.....
Marnette

CROSS POSTING: PERFECT PB GOLDEN. HIGHLY DESIRABLE. NEEDS A GREAT HOME. 2
CONTACTS LISTED BELOW. I AM NOT SURE WHERE IN CA.

Mack is a five years-old Golden Retriever (whelped 10/17/05) who we've had since he was a puppy. His temperament is typical for a Golden - high energy, happy, and
loves people.

House trained
Good with kids
Good with other dogs
Neutered
Up-to-date on his shots
Loves water (will lie down even in shallow puddles)
Loves hunting lizards
He isn't cat-friendly
We're looking for a new home for Mack because we've moved to a smaller house.
Contact: Stacey 805-312-1011 or bow_wow@sbcglobal.net

Thank you for contacting them, as Mack deserves nothing less than to be placed by an experienced and dedicated Golden Rescue group."

Dear Stacey,
I tried to find a Golden Rescue in your area code, but was unable to find one in area code 805. However, as I am not at all familiar with CA, may I suggest that you access the Golden Retriever Club of America's website (www.grca.org) as it provides a listing of seven Golden Rescue groups in CA, which you will know that are geographically closer to you than I.

Thank you for contacting them, as Mack deserves nothing less than to be placed by an experienced and dedicated Golden Rescue group.
