She is in a foster home currently- hasn't been in shelter kennel - but foster can only do temporary. Even though she has history & current vaccinations, we don't want her to have to come back to shelter. Does anyone have an adopter for her, or take her into rescue? ID#517372

LA CA : Have to SAVE Bianca 4104656 - Baldwin Park - 626-430-2378

CONTACT Phillip Gharabegian phillipg@animaladvocatesalliance.org
____________ _________ _________ __

This is an incredibly sweet dog very deserving of a good home and a second chance at life. She has passed her shelter temperament test and is good with other dogs. Please help her
A4104656 Bianca is one of the Baldwin Park shelter staff's favorite dogs and it is easy to see why. This outstanding one year old white female spayed Mastiff/Pit bull mix puppy was found wandering the streets of Baldwin Park on April 1st and brought to the shelter. Since she arrived, this seventy-five pound girl has been on a mission to endear herself to everyone. With a medium energy level, Bianca walks well on the leash, gets along great with people, other dogs and did well when cat tested. Bianca does have some small skin issues - and she is being checked for mange - but whatever she has was caught in its early stages. She has PASSED her Temp test (Great with other dogs!).
The comments on her test result are as follows: "Very sweet dog. She was shy in the cage and did not come up to the door but wagged her tail while sitting on the bed. She was more interested in being pet then eating food. I did take a treat out of her mouth and she didn't mind. Very friendly and submissive to other dogs."

CATS: The adoption fee for any cat is $100. The fee includes: spay or neuter, physical exam, fecal exam, de-worming, rabies vaccine, distemper vaccine, and microchip. For licensed Georgia rescues there is no charge to pull a cat, but no veterinary services come with the cat. Out of state rescues, please contact us for details. *LAST DAY means the date the cat is scheduled for euthanasia. If we have a cat posted whose last day has passed, that cat should be considered extremely urgent. Please call about those cats immediately as they may be subject to euthanasia at any time. We remove postings on available cats when they leave the building or their adoption has been completed. If you are a rescuer who has spoken for a cat or a person with an adoption application on a cat, do not take offense. We have had rescues and adoptions fall through in the past and we work hard to make
sure no cat falls through the cracks.

Miami FL STRAY PIT BULL IN NEED OF HOME FAST!! out of time on 4/16,

forwarding.. .

Hey everyone, this is a beautiful pit bull that was found on the streets roaming around in the (Miami) Killian and 117th Ave. area behind Miami Dade College. As you can see this dog is absolutely stunning and needs a home ASAP. He's currently being fostered by the person that found him but only has till the end of this week on the 16th. If he can't find a home unfortunately he'll be taken to Broward Animal Services. He's an unaltered male that is an extreme couch potato and would make an excellent indoor dog.
If there is a rescue or person willing to take him in please contact Jesus at: 786.412.0684 or email unitedagainstbsl@yahoo.com He is really obedient. He listens to commands very well, rollover, handshake, sit, and lay down. Playful and seems to be in great health. He's a very submissive dog, friendly and is about 9-12 months old.

Please cross post far and wide this dog's time is running out.

Alabama Final Plea from Sharon Moore for the Senior Rottie girl named Beauty

Please contact Sharon if anyone can help Beauty, pethydeout@gmail.com or call Sharon Moore at 601-513-5424 or 601-626-8697. *

---------- Forwarded message ----------

Please someone add Beauty to your life. She is a senior that probably had a horrible life judging from the last picture where she was found. Can we find her a loving home by the week end or she will land up at a sanctuary and be on one's dog. She deserves a special place with someone that will treat her heartworm and make her healthy and happy again… Please contact Sharon if anyone can help Beauty, pethydeout@gmail.com or call Sharon Moore at 601-513-5424 or 601-626-8697. Thank you for crossposting. .*
Hi Rescue Friends. I'm sending out this plea on behalf of Sharon and Beauty.

Some of you know Beauty and some do not, so below I'm pasting the plea I posted on the Senior Pet Rescue Yahoo Group. It will give you an idea of her current situation. Beauty is a dog that Sharon rescued from the nasty, run down trailer park in Meridian. Beauty deserves someone to love her, not to be sent away to a sanctuary where she will just be another dog. But, if
we cannot find her at least a foster or a permanent home, that is where she will go this weekend. Please help if you can, in anyway you can. Thank you! I have attached photos. The fourth photo was taken at the trailer park where Beauty was found. You will see how horrible it had been for her in the past.

... I also help a rescue in MS who has a very beautiful Senior (approx. 7-10 y.o.) female Rottweiler appropriately named "Beauty". We have been seeking help in finding her a safe place for quite sometime.

Beauty is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations and healthy, other than being HW+. The Vet has said she is "high" positive. I assume that means she has obvious signs and symptoms upon examination. They are not sure how much longer Beauty will live, due to her current condition.

She unfortunately is not in a good situation in her current foster home and needs to find somewhere safe to live and enjoy her last days. However long or short that may be. The neighbor of her current foster does not like animals and is believed to have recently poisoned and killed another one of her fosters, a puppy of only 2 1/2 months and has also killed a cat which was a personal pet of the foster.

*If anyone can help Beauty, please reply directly to me at the email address above pethydeout@gmail.com or call Sharon Moore at 601-513-5424 or 601-626-8697. *

Transportation can be arranged. We would prefer to keep her as close as possible, to cause her as little stress as possible. But, please do not let that keep you from contact us. Anything is possible, if it helps the dogs.

Thank you so much!

** NEW ROCHELLE NY UPDATE - Two GORGEOUS Jindo Dogs FOUND as Strays

THESE POOR JINDOS NEED IMMEDIATE HELP PLEASE DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY JINDO RESCUES THAT CAN HELP THEM PLEASE

CONTACT happytailsup@aol.com

note different city shelter

I am sending out this mass email in the hopes that someone can either help or knows of someone that can with this pair of Jindo dogs that were at large in Larchmont. On Thursday 3/25 6pm I received a call from a non-rescue animal group about 2 stray dogs that had been seen on a homeowners property on the Mamaroneck/Larchmon t border. Because the dogs kept going back and forth between the borders the shelters
kept saying the other should get the dogs. I went out to see what the situation was and ended up roping the male with in the hour. The female turned out to be so scared and it took me until 2pm the following day to get her.
When both were caught they instantly because submissive and were nuzzling and kissing me. As dirty and smelly as they are they are beautiful dogs. Turns out they are purebred Jindo dogs, Korea's national treasure. I reluctantly took them to the shelter as I had no where else for them to go. They are not doing well there and I'm afraid for their life. It seems that most Jindo's do not do well in shelters and are euthanized because of it. So sad. I can't believe that I came into their lives to catch them to be euthanized.

I am asking you-all to spread the word about these two loyal dogs. They are loyal to each other (I think they are brother/sister or mother/son) she never left sight of him after I caught him.

Go to http://www.koreanjindos.com/ for further info about the breed. You will read they are not for everyone but I'm hoping you know someone that will be right for these guys. They are worth it. Thursday is DDay. I would like to pull them from the shelter have them bathed and fully vetted and deliver them to a foster or even better a forever home by the weekend.

Any help is appreciated!

HI, THIS GUY REALLY NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!! HE WAS A STRAY, AND IS A VERY SWEET AND LOVING GUY. HE LOVES EVERYBODY EXCEPT HE DOESN'T LIKE CATS. HE WILL NEVER STRAY AWAY FROM YOU - HE CAN GET OUT OF THE FENCE HE'S IN NOW, THOUGH, AND HE'S INFLUENCING OTHER FRIENDS TO LEAVE WITH HIM. BUT HE NEVER GOES ANYWHERE!!!
HE IS CURRENT ON HIS VETTING AND HAS BEEN NEUTERED. HE JUST WANTS A FAMILY TO LOVE AND CARE FOR HIM. IF THERE IS ANY WAY YOU CAN FOSTER THIS BOY OR FIND A FOSTER FOR HIM OR A FUREVER HOME, PLEASE LET ME KNOW?

BECAUSE HE IS INFLUENCING THE OTHER DOGS IN HIS YARD, HE CAN'T STAY WHERE HE CURRENTLY IS. HOPEFULLY, SOMEONE WILL STEP UP FOR HIM AND HE WILL BE OK.

THERE MAY BE NO OTHER CHOICE EXCEPT TO TAKE HIM TO A SHELTER. PLEASE DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO THIS HAPPY BOY. HE IS CURRENTLY LIVING IN THE RICHMOND , VA. AREA. WE WILL DO ALL WE CAN GO GET HIM TO YOU.

THANK YOU. DONNA

La, CA: VERY URGENT : Bubbles snaps, crackles and pops - only 3 mo.

Is there ANYONE who can rescue this pup? She is available to rescue only because of the “air pocket” under her scruff. IT WILL GO AWAY but because of this, the shelter will only allow her to be rescued by YOU ALL…………Ill pay her pull fee and help pay transport fee’s if someone can get her out and to safety! She’s adorable and so highly adoptable!

*BUBBLES SNAPS, CRACKLES AND POPS* *(though she doesn't want to let anyone know that from the looks of this very serious photo -- get that camera away from me!!)*

*AS YUMMY AS ANY BREAKFAST CEREAL. AND GOOD FOR YOU TOO.*
Bubbles (A1096560, only 3 months old, a long-hair chihuahua / spaniel mix???, *on alert since March 11th -- out of time !!!!!!*) came in to the shelter *full of hot air. Literally.* She had a pouch of subcutaneous air under her skin (check with medical for exact description) -- hence, her name, Bubbles. Medical staff quickly fell in love with this little one and is happy to report that *Bubbles' snaps, crackles and pops are nearly gone*.

This is one *frisky little miss* who is looking for a home. With her puppy playfulness, she needs lots of love, some training, a few toys, and perhaps a box of Rice Krispies. If you can help Bubbles burst out of the shelter, call South L.A. today at (213) 485-0117 or -0119.

And kindly drop us a line with the good news. Many thanks, Andrea & Mindy
