Their family left them because they had no more time for them and she is very upset. Rocky was an owner surrender becuase he has too much energy to be left out in the yard all the time.
he needs a home where he can get exercise training and stimulation and love.
he is content meandering on his own. calm dogs recommended.

When the handler offered a correction, he turned to growl and jump up and nip at her.
He is "Rescue Only" due to his behavior.
