Louis is an adorable and very sweet older chow aussie looking mix who was sadly found as a stray in neglected condition with flea dermatitis and missing lots of fur from this.
Fortunately, the Bakersfield City shelter is now treating him for this condition, and fur grows back quickly.
He is a total sweetheart and did great with both the other chow (an older female) that also just came in, and even a little chi who kept wanting to snap at him, yet dear Louis was so good.
We have lots of video to share. We are desperately looking for a foster, foster-to-adopt, adopter and/or rescue to save his gentle boy.
He is only 46 lbs, so perfect size and estimated to be 10 years old.
